Last updated: February 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using Skwiz ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin. Skwiz is developed and maintained by Studio SHMP ("we," "our," or "us").
2. License Grant
Upon purchasing a valid license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Skwiz for your personal or business design work within the Framer editor.
- Solo plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) are licensed to a single user.
- You may use Skwiz on multiple devices, but only one user per license.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key.
3. Free Trial
Skwiz may offer a free trial period. During the trial, all features are available. At the end of the trial, a paid license is required to continue using the Plugin. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time.
4. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.
- Monthly plan — $7.49/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
- Yearly plan — $64.99/year, billed annually. Cancel anytime.
- Lifetime plan — $89.99, one-time payment. Access for life.
All prices are in USD. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
5. Refunds

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
- Use the Plugin to process illegal or infringing content
- Attempt to circumvent license validation
- Share, redistribute, or resell access to the Plugin
- Use automated tools to abuse the Plugin's functionality
7. Intellectual Property
Skwiz, including its code, design, UI, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Studio SHMP. Your license grants usage rights only — no ownership is transferred.
Images you process with Skwiz remain your property. We claim no rights to your content.
8. Data & Privacy
All image processing happens locally in your browser. No images are sent to our servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability & Updates
We aim to keep Skwiz compatible with the latest version of Framer. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may release updates, patches, or new versions at our discretion. Access to updates is included for the duration of your license.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Skwiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of Skwiz is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio SHMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Skwiz, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Skwiz in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Plugin immediately. Sections on intellectual property, liability, and disclaimers survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Skwiz after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
